This vocabulary exposes only the three PRL-specific terms required by the frozen minimal reference implementation. Domain semantics, provenance semantics, qualification semantics, and Record-relation semantics remain external or domain-specific.

PersistentRecord

An identified information resource that preserves one coherent concrete assertion under canonical semantic binding and provenance.

semanticBinding

Identifier: https://www.rightsofrobots.com/vocab/prl/#semanticBinding

Connects a Persistent Record to externally governed canonical semantics. The Record references those semantics without reproducing, redefining, extending, narrowing, broadening, or mutating their meaning.

assertion

Identifier: https://www.rightsofrobots.com/vocab/prl/#assertion

Identifies the bounded concrete assertion preserved by a Persistent Record, including the referential bindings required to understand what the assertion concerns.

Boundary

This vocabulary does not establish factual truth, trust, evidence status, contextual relevance, domain computation, lifecycle vocabulary, storage technology, or additional universal PRL object classes or properties.
