Status: Frozen Baseline
Version 1.1
Published: 2026-08-21
- Added Autonomous AI and the Classification of Digital Loss in Cyber Insurance as a representative reference implementation within Information, Meaning and Behavior.
- Added Operational Validity Under Change as a representative reference implementation within Applied Interoperability.
- Persistent local reference copies added within the corresponding Rights of Robots research areas.
- Added the Human Context Layer as a representative reference implementation within Semantic Infrastructure.
Status: Frozen Baseline
Version 1.2
Published: 2026-08-23
- Added Gold, Representation, and the Conditions of Economic Realization as a representative reference implementation within Semantic Infrastructure.
- Human Context Layer relationship within Semantic Infrastructure updated to reflect implementation across multiple domain-specific research environments.
Status: Frozen Baseline
Version 1.3
Published: 2026-08-26
- Introduced Theoretical Context as a methodological reference layer for documenting relationships between Rights of Robots research and established theoretical traditions across scientific disciplines.
- Established Conceptual Influence, Structural Relation, and Retrospective Comparison as distinct relationship types for theoretical contextualization.
- Documented recurring structural problems across distinction and boundary, information and representation, interpretation and meaning, feedback and regulation, organization and autonomy, and stability, change and emergence.
- Added selected primary references providing theoretical context for these structural relationships while explicitly distinguishing theoretical context from theoretical derivation.
- Extended the Methodology page with a dedicated reference to Theoretical Context.
Status: Frozen Baseline
Change Policy
Changes are recorded only if:
- The research architecture materially evolves.
- A research area boundary materially changes.
- A structural clarification alters conceptual framing.
- A representative reference implementation is added, removed, or materially reclassified.
- A compliance-relevant correction is required for accuracy.
Minor editorial, stylistic, or formatting corrections are not versioned.
Versioning Logic
Version increments follow semantic clarity rules:
- Major increment — Definitional or structural shift.
- Minor increment — Material clarification without conceptual shift.
- No increment — Editorial refinement only.
